If I am from outside the EU can I apply for any of the positions available?

No. Any applicants that apply from outside the EU (e.g. Philippines, America, etc.) must have an NVQ 3 or 3 years experience in a similar role. Therefore these applicants are currently only eligible to apply for the role of a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant.
