What if I had to drop out of my Nursing or Social Care Degree/Diploma half way through the program, do not hold an EU Passport but have been operating at a nursing level inside the EU for longer than 3 Years, can I still apply?

Yes, If you can prove that you were indeed enrolled on the program and can provide the transcript and proof that you have been operating at a nursing level for longer than 3 years then you can still apply. Essentially you will come within the occupational experience qualification and must be able to demonstrate that occupational experience to a Level 3 standard.
